Allegro issued bonds worth one billion zlotys

The bond subscription was conducted on 26-27 June 2025. Their allocation took place on 3 July 2025. The bonds were allocated to 28 entities (47 including subfunds) and there was no reduction in subscriptions.
The bonds were purchased at a nominal price of PLN 1,000 per unit. 1 million bonds were allocated. The total nominal value of the bonds was PLN 1 billion.
The issue took place as part of the company's previously established bond issue program.
The bonds will bear interest at a variable interest rate of WIBOR 6M increased by a basic interest margin of 1.30% per annum.
Allegro's consolidated adjusted EBITDA increased by 6.1% in the first quarter of 2025, helped by increased buyer activity and strong GMV growth on platforms outside the country, the company said.
