Software development companies , startups with less than five years in the market, higher education institutions, public entities, chambers of commerce, clusters, and programs leading digital transformation processes with Colombian human capital are eligible to participate.

2. Excellence in Colombian software offerings: This dimension focuses on development companies that have demonstrated technological maturity, growth, and positioning in different markets. The categories included are:
- a. B2B Solutions Leader Category: Focuses on products that have achieved high impact and scalability within the business environment.
- b. B2C Solutions Leader Category: Values technological solutions that transform the end-consumer experience.
- c. Leader in Technological Internationalization Category: Awarded to companies that have successfully expanded their operations and commercial presence in global markets.

- b. Academic Ally Category in IT Talent: Focuses on educational actors who have significantly contributed to the training of highly qualified professionals for the industry.
