Software development companies , startups with less than five years in the market, higher education institutions, public entities, chambers of commerce, clusters, and programs leading digital transformation processes with Colombian human capital are eligible to participate.

- b. Academic Ally Category in IT Talent: Focuses on educational actors who have significantly contributed to the training of highly qualified professionals for the industry.
