Fresh ahead!

Well, uh, how can I put this... Honestly, it's still a bit surprising. We may have listened to the radio and TV, saying that the heatwave is over (for now, eh), but when we find ourselves outside in the early morning, in shorts and a shirt, barefoot in sandals, we get a little shiver. Wow, wouldn't it be downright chilly? We'd forgotten what it was like, "below seasonal norms." All I need is for me to catch a cold. Ten degrees cooler all of a sudden, or even 20, let's just say it's an experience. I'm not saying I miss the furnace with the shutters closed that we've just emerged from, don't make me say what I haven't (yet) said. But it would be a bit warmer (or less cold), you see, I wouldn't mind.
