Comau awarded the educational robotics championship

The Comau plant in Grugliasco (Turin) hosted the finals of the e.DO Cup, the championship of educational robotics designed by Comau Academy in collaboration with Campus Store and Robotics School, aimed at students of secondary schools and ITS Academies throughout the country Italy. The Antonietti 5 team of the Iis G. Antonietti of Iseo (Brescia) won the final victory, with the second place going to students of the FermiBot group of the Itt E. Fermi - Iis Vendramin Corner of Venice, third place for the Edo Marconi Latina team of the Iis G. Marconi of Latina. The winning teams stood out for their ability to program a real robotic arm. 10 schools participated in the final phase for a total of 50 students who tried their hand at programming and movement of a real e.DO robot via Teach Pendant, leading him to perform specific tasks in space, solving automation problems and finding effective solutions to complex applications. The competition marked the final stage of the project e.DO Cup training, which was attended by 124 students who attend the 2024/2025 school year, in 17 institutes superiors of 12 Italian regions.
