IT company Atende has publicly announced the financial results of the company and the Group for the first quarter of 2025.

Atende Group increased sales revenues, recording profit instead of loss

In the first quarter of 2025, Atende achieved PLN 66.3 million in revenue, which means an increase of 30% year-on-year.

In Q1 2025, year-on-year, gross profit on sales increased by 21% to PLN 13 million, operating profit by 229% to PLN 3 million, and net profit by 287% to PLN 2.9 million.

The information provided shows that the entire Group also achieved better results in the first quarter of 2025 than a year earlier.

According to the report , in the first quarter of 2025 it had PLN 77.7 million in sales revenue, compared to approximately PLN 62.2 million in the previous year.

The Group's operating profit in the first quarter of 20025 amounted to PLN 2.9 million, compared to a loss of PLN 0.8 million in the previous year, and the net profit attributable to shareholders reached PLN 1.9 million, while a year earlier the company recorded a loss of almost PLN 1 million.

The Atende Group recorded the highest sales growth in the public sector

The Atende Group recorded the largest sales growth in the public sector , which generated PLN 29.9 million in revenue in the first quarter of 2025, which means an increase of 145% year-on-year.

- Projects for state administration and uniformed services played a key role in this result - it was stated in the release.

The second largest sector in terms of sales volume in Q1 2025 was the telecommunications and media sector for the group, where it achieved sales revenues of PLN 17.2 million, which means a 21% decrease year-on-year.

The industry , trade and services sector generated PLN 14.3 million in revenues in the first quarter of 2025 (+13% year-on-year), while in the energy sector in the same period revenues amounted to PLN 9.3 million (-8% year-on-year).

Meanwhile, sales to the financial sector in Q1 2025 increased year-on-year by 26%, reaching PLN 7 million.

According to the data presented in the report, the largest shareholders of Atende are Roman Szwed together with the related entity Spinoza Family Foundation - 32.9 percent of votes at the general meeting, Piotr Nadolski - 12.33 percent and PKO BP Bankowy OFE -10.01 percent (as of May 14, 2025)
