Between targets 200 million in revenue and consolidates its teams in Barcelona

The technology company, seeking to consolidate its image as a business group, is moving to 1,750 square meters of offices in the 22@ district.
Between is embarking on a new era. The technology company, founded 25 years ago, aims to consolidate its position as a business group and, with this in mind, has launched the umbrella brand Between Group, which will encompass its five subsidiaries. This approach entails a shared strategy and value proposition, as well as the integration of its various sales portfolios.
This approach also permeates the new strategic plan that the firm will deploy in the coming years, until the end of the decade, with the goal of reaching a turnover of 200 million euros by 2028. To achieve this, it will emphasize organic growth and closing new corporate transactions as early as 2026, according to the group's CEO, Pau Guarro.
In 2024, Between achieved revenues of 85 million and maintains a sustained growth rate of 15%.
In recent years, the group has grown through acquisitions to form a conglomerate with five core companies, operating independently: Between (ICT and engineering), GammaUX (digital design and user experience), DMD Solutions (aeronautical certifications), DQS Consulting (Microsoft solutions), and Hopla (cloud services and data management).
In this context, the technology company has decided to consolidate its teams in Barcelona and move to 1,750 square meters of offices in the 22@ district. The new headquarters are located in Factory 86, an industrial building located at 86 Pere IV Street, which has been completely renovated into a modern, functional, and collaborative space. Previously, it housed a school, a leather factory, a coffee roasting center, and a packaging plant, although it had been unused for 20 years.
Between occupies two floors of the building. Its facilities, with capacity for 200 people, include open workspaces, modular meeting rooms, common areas, and an event space that will serve as a meeting point for training sessions, client activities, and tech ecosystem gatherings.
Network of officesBetween currently has more than 1,300 professionals and offices in Madrid, Seville, Bilbao, A Coruña, and Zaragoza. It works with 500 recurring clients, both national and international, in sectors such as automotive, healthcare, energy, banking, infrastructure, aeronautics, pharmaceuticals, and printing. This year, it plans to make new hires to strengthen its technical team.
Since 2019, the company has been part of The Talent Club, a holding company led by Jérôme Caille, former CEO of Adecco, who controls 80% of Between's shares. This international platform, present in around twenty countries, primarily represents athletes, artists, and technology professionals.
Shareholder changes in SpainThe Talent Club is present in around fifteen countries, brings together around 25 firms, and operates in the technology and representation and search sectors for athletes, artists, and executives, under the brands Lincoln, Digital Jobs, Cooper Fitch, TEN, Whyz, Meent, Shapr Talent, and The Bozz. The platform is very active in the Spanish market, where it has recently undergone shareholder changes. Last December, for example, it sold 70% of the sports representation agency You First to the American company Gersh.
