Medical achievements, artistic achievements. Szczecin scientists have been appreciated

In recent days, two scientists from Szczecin have been recognized. Prof. Anita Chudecka-Głaz from the Pomeranian Medical University won the title of "Leader of Medicine", and Dr. Dominik Wizjan from the Academy of Arts received the prestigious "Young Poland" scholarship from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.
The title of "Leader of Medicine" is awarded by the weekly "Wprost". The jury of the competition appreciates "active, authentic women who build their professional careers in a consistent and assertive manner".
While receiving the award, the PUM representative said:
- This award is a surprise to me. I love my job, and the statuette has an additional great meaning for me. I chose my specialization for a reason – I simply like working with women.

The scholarship will be used to record an album of Ignacy Jan Paderewski's music.
The Young Poland program, thanks to which he received support, is one of the most important tools for systemic support for young creators in Poland. It is aimed at people up to 35 years of age who can boast significant achievements and a clearly outlined artistic path. The scholarships of the Minister of Culture are to provide "a real chance to create space for further, dynamic professional and artistic development of those who are already shaping the face of contemporary culture". ©℗
