Impressive growth for Polish technology and defense company. Profit up 166 percent.

The WB Electronics capital group presented its financial results for 2024 only on June 2, 2025. It was a very successful year for the group.

In 2024, the WB group's sales revenues amounted to PLN 3 billion, compared to PLN 1.4 billion at the end of 2023, which represents an increase of PLN 1.5 billion and 107%.

Net profit growth of 166% in 2024

The group’s net profit in 2024 amounted to PLN 622.8 million, compared to PLN 234.1 million at the end of 2023, which means an increase of 166%.

- In 2024, the Group consistently implemented its sales development strategy on the domestic and foreign markets, simultaneously implementing numerous development projects and significantly increasing the scale of production in all product lines - we read in a letter from the management board of WB Electronics to shareholders.

As added, the increase in production volume was achieved with a maximum 30% increase in employment thanks to the increased efficiency of using all resources of the companies in the capital group.

- The capital group's assumptions for 2025 are primarily the implementation of concluded contracts and increasing the efficiency and flexibility of operations. In addition, the capital group's constant and consistently implemented assumption is the expansion of competences in key areas based on its own engineering teams and cooperation with research centers in the country and around the world - the management board added in its letter.

A good start to 2025 for the WB Electronics group

The company has started 2025 well. On April 30, 2025, the company accepted an order placed by Huta Stalowa Wola, which the parties plan to specify in the implementation contract. Based on the order, the company undertook to deliver ICT systems along with software and accompanying services for vehicles included in DMO K9. The contract will be implemented in 2026-2028.

The remuneration of WB Electronics for the performance of the contract will amount to approximately PLN 656.2 million gross.

In turn, on May 15, 2025, the Armaments Agency signed a framework agreement with the WB group for the delivery of nearly ten thousand Warmate Intelligent Target Engagement Systems. This is the largest signed order for loitering ammunition in the world. The parties did not disclose the value of the agreement on Thursday. The framework agreement is to be valid for 10 years, until 2035.
