Physicist and climate scientist Igor Mokhov has died

Physicist and climatologist, scientific director of the Institute of Atmospheric Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences Igor Mokhov died at the age of 74, the academy announced.
Mokhov was the director of IFA from 2009 to 2018. He participated in the development of the Climate Doctrine of the Russian Federation.
The climatologist developed methods for studying the dynamics of sensitivity and stability of the Earth system.
