Asseco has shown the results of one of its companies. There is a plan for a dividend
Asseco South Eastern Europe SA (ASEE) has published its consolidated annual report (SRR) for 2024. Despite an increase in sales revenues and operating profit, the company recorded lower gross profit and profit for the reporting period than in 2023.
According to the data presented in the report, Asseco South Eastern Europe SA's sales revenues in 2024 amounted to PLN 1.708 billion (PLN 1.642 billion a year earlier); including operating profit amounted to PLN 226 million compared to PLN 225 million in 2023, and gross profit decreased slightly from PLN 254 million in 2023 to PLN 251 million. In turn, profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company amounted to PLN 199.2 million (PLN 199.9 million in 2023).
The Management Board of Asseco South Eastern Europe wants to pay dividend for 2024The ASSE Management Board recommended to the Supervisory Board a dividend payment of PLN 1.75 per share, which means that the company wants to allocate a total of PLN 90.8 million for dividend payments.
On Wednesday, the Company also published the supervisory board's assessment of the report on the activities of the Company and the Asseco South Eastern Europe S.A. Group , the standalone financial statements of Asseco South Eastern Europe S.A. and the consolidated financial statements of the Asseco South Eastern Europe S.A. Group for the financial year ended December 31, 2024.

- accounting books,
- the report on the audit of the standalone financial statements of Asseco South Eastern Europe S.A. and the report on the audit of the consolidated financial statements of the Asseco South Eastern Europe Group, as well as the report on the certification of the sustainable development reporting of the Asseco South Eastern Europe Group issued by BDO spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa (hereinafter "BDO"),
- additional report of BDO, prepared pursuant to Article 131 of the Act on Statutory Auditors, Audit Firms and Public Supervision,
- information obtained from BDO during the Audit Committee meetings and during direct conversations with the auditor,
- information from the Audit Committee on the course of the audit of the financial statements in the Company and the role of the Committee in the process of auditing the financial statements,
- results of additional verification activities performed in selected financial and operational areas.
