Italy Sends Air Aid to Gaza

Italian Defense Minister Guido Crosetto announced that humanitarian aid will be delivered to Gaza by air starting August 9. According to the Italian ANSA news agency, Crosetto approved a military-backed aid operation to deliver basic supplies to civilians in Gaza.
Crosetto stated that the operation will begin with the dispatch of a pioneer team to the region, and that this team will both manage the preparation process and ensure coordination with local authorities.
Once the humanitarian supplies are procured and delivered to Jordan, the first air aid operation is planned to be launched on August 9.
