Jet Fuel Spills on Plane at Dallas Fort Worth Airport

A dangerous incident recently occurred at Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport in the US state of Texas.
According to reports, a ground handling worker lost control of a fuel hose during refueling, sending highly flammable jet fuel flying uncontrollably around an American Eagle aircraft.
The incident occurred just before the plane's scheduled midnight takeoff. The rapid spread of fuel caused brief panic, but the airport fire department responded within minutes and contained the fuel leak.
Fortunately, there were no injuries or fires. Authorities have launched an investigation into the cause of the incident and announced that refueling procedures will be reviewed to prevent similar incidents.
Dallas Fort Worth Airport is known as one of the world's busiest air transportation hubs, handling more than 80 million passengers annually. Such incidents have once again highlighted the importance of security protocols.
