Missile Attack on Kirkuk International Airport

Kirkuk International Airport in Kirkuk, Iraq, was the target of a missile attack by unidentified assailants. According to information obtained from security sources, a total of three missiles fell in the airport area. Two of them targeted military areas, while one hit a civilian area.

The missile that fell into a civilian area caused a fire in the grassy area around the airport. One person was slightly injured in the incident, and security forces have launched an investigation in the area. No official statement has yet been made regarding the source of the attack.
