Following the departure of DEM Party Co-Chair Tülay Hatimoğulları, the date for the DEM Party delegation's visit to İmralı has been announced. The DEM Party delegation will make its first visit to İmralı on Thursday following the establishment of the National Solidarity, Brotherhood, and Democracy Commission.

The commission is expected to be evaluated in a meeting between DEM Party Van Deputy Pervin Buldan and DEM Party Şanlıurfa Deputy Mithat Sancar.

The delegation last visited on July 6. DEM Party member Haimoğulları criticized the lack of a meeting with İmralı during this period.
