Big deal for space company CEO

The CEO's sale of Creotech shares took place on Friday, July 18, 2025. On that day, the company's shares traded between PLN 300 and PLN 308 per share. This means that the buyer of the stake purchased it for approximately 10% less than its market value (the transaction amounted to PLN 6.75 million).
This is a one-time transaction, it will not be repeated for a year.Before the sale, Grzegorz Brona held 211,528 shares in the company, which means that he sold less than 12 percent of the securities he held.
- Grzegorz Brona's intention is not to conclude any further sales transactions of his Creotech Instruments shares for at least 12 months from the date of this sale - it was indicated in the current report.
However, this significant divestiture did not affect investor perception of the company. As of Monday, July 21st, the share price is approximately PLN 304, and the share price is slightly down.
Currently, the largest shareholder in Creotech Instruments is the Industrial Development Agency, with a 9.5% stake, followed by OFE Allianz (8.2%). The company is valued at approximately PLN 870 million, having gained 75% of its value since the beginning of the year.
The first payments from ESA are already being transferred to Creotech's account.The transaction was announced on Sunday, July 20th, and a few hours later, another current report was published. It states that Creotech Instruments has received notification from the European Space Agency that the first part of the project documentation for the CAMILA satellite constellation has been accepted . For this, the company is entitled to a fee of €3.1 million, of which 30% will go to Creotech and the remainder to subcontractors.
In April 2025, the European Space Agency signed a contract with Creotech Instruments as the prime contractor for a system consisting of three observation satellites and a ground control system together with a space data processing center.
The agreement provides for the delivery of a fourth satellite and the in-orbit operation of the CAMILA constellation in subsequent years. The total project value is approximately €52 million, of which Creotech Instruments accounts for nearly €26 million.
As a reminder, Creotech Instruments generated PLN 22.3 million in sales revenue in the first quarter of 2025, compared to PLN 5.8 million a year earlier. The company also recorded a PLN 1.4 million net profit, compared to a PLN 3.3 million loss a year earlier.
