The Secretariat of Science, Humanities, Technology, and Innovation (Secihti), headed by Rosaura Ruiz, ruled out any possibility that the Mora Institute's operations were compromised by a lack of sufficient funding, as the center's Researchers Association claimed in a public letter circulated over the weekend.
