CD Projekt to Share Profit. Wants to Pay Out Almost PLN 100 Million

After assessing the company's financial statements for 2024 and reviewing the motion submitted by the management board, the supervisory board recommended to the next ordinary general meeting that CD Projekt's net profit for the 2024 financial year in the amount of PLN 470,672,657.32 be divided as follows:

• the supervisory board recommends allocating the amount of PLN 370,762,147.32 to the company’s reserve capital;
• The Supervisory Board recommends that the amount of PLN 99,910,510.00 be distributed among the shareholders in the form of a dividend, which means a dividend of PLN 1 per share in the company .

The Supervisory Board also approves the Management Board’s recommendation to set the dividend date at 30 June 2025 and the dividend payment date at 9 July 2025.
