HSK to investigate allegations in İnan Kıraç's trial

The Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) has launched an investigation into allegations regarding the marriage annulment case filed against businessman İnan Kıraç at the Anatolian 18th Family Court and the subsequent guardianship decisions.

According to the information received, an inspector was assigned to investigate the allegations in the investigation launched with the permission of Justice Minister Yılmaz Tunç.

In this context, the court judge's "actions during the guardianship decision and guardian appointment process," "pressure was exerted to give the files included in the allegations to certain guardians," and "high attorney fees were paid," will be comprehensively examined and a report will be prepared.
