In the final match of the FIVB World Women's Volleyball Championship held in Thailand, our National Volleyball Team faced Italy for the first world championship in its history.

WE REACHED THE FINAL FOR THE FIRST TIME

Our National Women's Volleyball Team defeated Spain, Bulgaria, and Canada in Group E of the World Women's Championship without dropping a set, advancing to the round of 16. Our athletes also defeated Slovenia 3-0 in the round of 16. The team also defeated the USA 3-1 in the quarterfinals, advancing to the semifinals. The team also defeated Japan 3-1 in the semifinals, advancing to the finals for the first time in their history.
