Beşiktaş's likely European opponent has been announced

Beşiktaş's likely opponent in the UEFA Europa League third qualifying round has been clarified if they eliminate Ukrainian representative Shakhtar Donetsk.

The draw for the third qualifying round of European football's second-largest club tournament took place at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.

If Beşiktaş gets past Arda Turan's Shakhtar Donetsk in the 2nd qualifying round, they will face the loser of the Rangers (Scotland)-Panathinaikos (Greece) match in the 3rd qualifying round.

Matches in the third qualifying round will be played on August 7 and 14.
