Swimming in the sea is banned in three provinces

In Kocaeli's Kandıra district, it was decided to extend the swimming ban that started on August 5 for three days.
The Kandıra District Governorship cited "unfavorable weather and sea conditions" as the reason for the ban decision.
FOUR-DAY RESTRICTION IN KIRKLARELI
In the Vize district of Kırklareli, on the Black Sea coast, swimming was banned at all beaches between August 6-9.
NEUTRAL WIND EFFECT IN TEKİRDAĞ
The Tekirdağ Governorship banned swimming at beaches in the districts of Şarköy, Süleymanpaşa and Marmaraereğlisi for two days today due to strong northeasterly winds.
Lifeguards on duty at the beaches prevent citizens from entering the sea with red flags.
THE MEANING OF BEACH FLAGS
Authorities explained the meaning of the flags on the beaches as follows:
Red flag: It is strictly forbidden to enter the sea.
Yellow flag: It is risky to enter the sea.
Black and white flag: Indicates areas reserved for water sports.
