Two new bus lines from IETT for night transportation! Here are the routes...

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İETT), a subsidiary of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, is expanding its nighttime service. Two new lines will be operational from August 8th to August 9th, providing service until dawn. The 55G and 50G lines, which will operate at night, will connect different parts of Istanbul.
Istanbul's public transportation provider, the Istanbul Electricity Transmission Company (İETT), continues to launch new lines with the goal of providing uninterrupted nighttime service. As part of this initiative, two new nighttime lines will be operational starting at midnight on Friday, August 8th, and Saturday, August 9th.
İETT General Manager İrfan Demet announced the good news on social media. According to Demet, the 55G Gaziosmanpaşa-Beşiktaş and 50G Göktürk-Taksim night lines will operate between 00:00 and 05:00.
Routes of the new lines
55G Gaziosmanpaşa - Beşiktaş Night Line: It will operate on the route Gaziosmanpaşa - Eyüpsultan - Balat - Cibali - Unkapanı - Şişhane - Tarlabaşı - Taksim - Beşiktaş.
50G Göktürk - Taksim Night Line: It will serve between Göktürk Köprübaşı Neighborhood – İstanbul Evleri – Hoşdere – Kemerburgaz – Hasdal – Alibeyköy Metro – Miniatürk – Halıcıoğlu – Kasımpaşa – Şişhane – Taksim.
The new lines are a first for the region and will offer a total of 30 overnight services.
In a statement made by İETT, it was stated that transportation services will be expanded in every area where Istanbul needs it, and that new applications will continue with the goal of "getting better every time."
Night transportation is especially crucial for shift workers, health and security personnel, and those working in the entertainment and service sectors. IETT's night lines are considered a significant step in addressing this need.
