Fire on American Airlines Plane: Emergency Evacuation

An American Airlines Boeing 737 MAX 8 jet, preparing to take off from Denver to Miami, aborted its takeoff due to a suspected landing gear malfunction. Smoke billowed from the front of the aircraft following an explosive sound during takeoff.

The pilot suddenly braked the plane, and passengers were quickly evacuated using emergency evacuation slides. One person was taken to hospital with minor injuries. Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) announced that it has launched an investigation into the incident.
